Behemoth Wines Meet Your Neighbors New York State Piquette 2023

Behemoth is a blend of grapes, and apples, all from the Finger Lakes. Winemaker Ian McCarthy works with organically grown hybrids in the Finger Lakes - Concord Cayuga, Geneva Gamaret, and another unknown red hybrid grape find their way into this juicy pet-nat. The apples for this bottling were foraged from the area surrounding his vineyard. Coming in at just under 8% ABV, this low-alcohol sipper is begging to be popped with friends, but you might want to grab another one just in case the first one goes empty too quickly.
