Domaine de Fontsaint Gris de Gris Rose 2024

Gris de Gris is a French term for rosé made from red grapes that is delicately pressed immediately after harvest with no maceration "on the skins" - yielding a very light rose' that shows almost white in the glass. Grenache Gris, is a pale, pink skinned grape and is blended with Mourvedre and Cinsault. It's a fuller bodied rosé that is silky on the palate, and somehow seems to pack a perfect amount of juice!
