The Cheverny Blanc from Domaine du Salvard is 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Chardonnay from Cheverny- a small Sancerre adjacent appellation in France's Loire Valley. Lesser-known but still a vibrant and expressive wine, capturing the essence of its chalk, limestone, and sand rich soil with every sip. Expect lean, lively acidity and bright citrus notes from the sauvignon blanc, rounded perfectly with a touch of chardonnay. Herbal, bright, persistent, with a touch of salinity. Pair with fishes, fennel, and/or winter citrus salads.
