White Burgundy showing precision and minerals. The 2021 Bourgogne Blanc is showing nicely, offering up notes of white flowers mingled with pear, melon and hazelnuts. Medium-bodied, bright and precise, with a pretty core of fruit, chalky grip and a saline finish, it's based on domaine fruit supplemented by some purchased grapes.
