Grüner Veltliner Am Berg Bernhard Ott 2023

The Ott family has been in the region producing wine since the late 1800s. From younger vines planted in loess soils. After hand harvest, the grapes were pressed and fermented in tank. Organic.  Lemon-lime citrus, white flowers, poached pears, and straw. It's supported by fresh and zesty acidity and finishes with a saline touch. An ideal pairing for pan fried fish like skate. Organic.
