Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc 2023

The Mount Riley Sauvignon Blanc is the quintessential New Zealand Sauv. Blanc. Selected from multiple vineyard sites throughout Marlborough, grapes are harvested carefully, crushed and destemmed prior to pressing. Fermenting in stainless steel with cool temperatures to preserve lift and aromatics. This is lithe and enjoyable drinking. Think pink grapefruit peel, lemongrass, with gooseberry acidity. Serve as an aperitif, with smoked fish, or chargrilled veggies.
